I try to give links to websites that inspire me in some way. There are certain designs, pieces of art, poetry that I sometimes can't get out of my head. If you have one of those websites & you think it might interest me, please please please mention it & at least let me check it out. I love discovering new voices & art that is beautiful though not always typical.

Most importantly, if you're from Kentucky / Appalachia & are creating art in any way please let me know about it. If you have are a band, poet, artist, performance artist, jewelry maker, quilter, song writer, wood carver & have a website, please send me the url & I'll gladly give a link & help spread the word. If you don't have one, send a line anyway, let me know when you're playing or showing.

Support local artists and musicians...Buy poetry books, chapbooks, purchase items from small presses, take in shows, offer encouragement--even if it's only an email saying...i appreciate your effort.
Most importantly, live! save moments! write them down, sing them, sketch them.  You have a voice, use it.  Support those who are using theirs.  Let us support each other.
